Designing for transformation

By 2021, the largest digital transformation effort in company history was underway. As part of the Enterprise Design organization, I was asked to lead several initiatives, both individually and in partnership with people and teams across disciplines, to clarify ambiguity, simplify complexity, drive alignment, reduce risk, and increase confidence.

For two years, my primary focus was on answering two important questions...

Enterprise Mobility Strategy

The company wanted to know: What should we do about mobile?”

Partnering with product management and engineering leaders, I led the effort to better understand who we are solving for, what matters most to them, and where the the firm should focus now, next, and later.

Branch Team Transition Experience

The company also wanted to know: “How might we create delightful transformation experiences for branch teams?”

Collaborating with experience strategists, design thinking leaders, product leaders, and branch teams themselves, we co-created an enablement framework through human-centered design.
